Since the beginning of this year, the enthusiasm for overseas listings has been continuously increasing, with more and more companies actively seeking opportunities to list on overseas capital markets. In terms of Hong Kong stocks, as of December 1st, there have been 52 new listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange this year, including 49 mainland Chinese companies, with another 91 in queue. In terms of US stocks, there have been 35 Chinese concept stocks listed in the US this year, including 28 mainland Chinese companies, with another 72 having submitted prospectuses.
